With ONsite Relay A, you’ll never run out of power and never need to stress about forgetting your camera batteries. If you’re shooting and get low on battery power, simply swap out external batteries throughout your shoot. ONsite Relay A’s internal UPS battery will keep your camera powered while you exchange external batteries. In January of this year, Tether Tools released the Air Direct Wireless Tethering System. Shortly after that, Apple released macOS Catalina to the 10.15.1 version. That iteration disrupted Air Direct, Capture One, Lightroom, and many other applications in the Apple ecosystem.

At the risk of getting extraordinarily technical, Apple introduced platform level changes, introducing System Extensions and a DriverKit with specific functionality related to networking, security and Drivers. While beneficial to device users in the long-term, the change brought industry standard development practices to a sudden halt.

Tether Tools has started working on ways to fix these problems. They are excited to roll out a macOS Catalina Beta program where existing users can download and use a new Air Direct Utility which is compatible with Catalina. In particular, if you are a Capture One or Lightroom user, then joining the Beta program will allow you to use Air Direct with those applications as intended.

Tether Tools has introduced the TetherPro Right Angle Adapter Cables, also called “pigtails”. They were created as a result of people asking for them. There are three different kinds of TetherPro Right Angle Adapter Cables.

You asked, we listened! Introducing the TetherPro Right Angle Adapter Cables, or “pigtails”, for USB-C, USB 3.0 Micro-B and USB 2.0 Mini 5-Pin. Tether Tools released an update to the Case Remote, the companion app for the Case Air Wireless Tethering System, for newly added camera support.

Case Remote is the app that works in tandem with the Case Air Wireless Tethering System. The Case Air connects and transfers images instantly from your camera to a phone, tablet, or computer. Control advanced camera settings including focus points, exposure settings, bracketing, time-lapse, and more.
